Crystal is from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Crystal received a B.A. from Luther College in 2005 and her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2008. While in law school she participated in moot court and was a writer for the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice. Crystal has been admitted to practice in Iowa since 2008 and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa since 2009. She represents individuals, businesses, and cities on a variety of legal matters including in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, and administration of trusts and estates.
